You'll laugh until you tears run down your face
Back again for another year, the Brisbane Comedy Festival will be hosted at the Brisbane Powerhouse, starting late February and running most of March.
Australian and international comedians will perform at the festival and highlights include crowd favourite Stephen K. Amos who brings to the festival, his show entitled The Spokesman, Triple J presenter Mel Buttle, with How Embarrassment and Tom BallardMy Ego Is Better Than Your Ego.
I've just listed some highlights but with over 30 comedians performing, you'd be mad not to take some time, right now, to have a look through the schedule and book your tickets without delay.
And make sure to have a look at Chalkboard, a late-night session held Friday and Saturday nights during the festival, where a selection of comedians try out their new material. Tickets are only $15 and go on sale at midday of the day of the show.
The Brisbane Comedy Festival runs Tuesday 26 February until Sunday 24 March at the Brisbane Powerhouse.
