United Cinemas Rockingham

For many, going to the movies is a staple ingredient for a great night out. Unfortunately with ticket prices almost exceeding the cost of buying a movie outright, it's becoming a little more difficult to enjoy the experience. Fear not though, there is one place I know of that still offers a great cinema experience without the big cinema prices.

United Cinemas Rockingham is a great cinema that my friends and I always go to for two main reasons. Firstly it's not as packed as most of the major cinemas so you can always enjoy a movie without any interruptions. And secondly, it offers tickets for just nine dollars. That's right, nine dollar tickets all year round for kids and adults. That means more money left over for some extra choc bombs and popcorn.

At this point you might be wondering "Why are the tickets so cheap?". Well I'm not sure about this, but my theory is that they are attempting to compete with the brand new Ace Cinema complex that opened up near by.

Although it's not the most fancy cinema complex around, United Cinemas Rockingham has everything you would find at other top cinema spots. It has a couple of games for the kids out the front, a fully stocked candy bar, comfy seats, full size screens and fantastic surround sound.

United Cinemas Rockingham is my favourite place to go to catch the latest movies, and it will continue to be as long as other cinemas are charging exaggerated prices for tickets. For session times and other information you can check out United Cinemas website at www.unitedcinemas.com.au.
